MC Seed Map (“the Site”) is owned and operated by Gio Nui (“I,” “me”). I am committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how this website handles information. This policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and your rights regarding that data.

2. Core Privacy Promise

Your seed never leaves your device. All biome generation, structure finding, and map rendering runs locally in your browser via WebAssembly. The seed you enter, the coordinates you view, and the structures you search for are never transmitted to any server. This is not just a policy. It is a technical guarantee built into the architecture of the application.

3. Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, certain information is collected automatically:

• Log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps. This is standard server log information used for debugging and security.
• Analytics: I use Google Analytics to understand how visitors discover and use the Site. Which Minecraft versions are most popular, which features get used, and where traffic comes from. Google Analytics reports aggregated, anonymized data.

4. Cookies

Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _gid, _gat) distinguish users and throttle request rates. They store a random identifier and expire after up to 2 years.
